Pre-Ordered a Pump X set for my wife. The items arrived earlier than expected, with great communication and tracking via an email. The quality of the product is just outstanding. And I'm picky. Have no reservation if thinking of purchasing from Serviplex 92 . Great customer service and top of the range finish on the weights/bar.  

I bought a Technogym Excite+ 1000 Unity Synchro. And I’ve got to say it is immaculate. It was also a quick delivery, so I didn’t have to wait too long to get to use it, and it is so smooth, and quiet.

I have dealt with a few gym equipment sellers and like to mention Serviplex 92 is the best out of the lot.

The spin bike we ordered was broken when delivered, but clearly was damaged in transit. Serviplex 92 were brilliant and sent out a replacement bike within two days and couldn’t have been more helpful. I dealt with Luke who was awesome. Great equipment, great price and great customer service

Shaf, operations manager went out of his way to be helpful in my search for a Precor replacement cross trainer. In the end I didn’t require it because I was guided to a replacement console saving me a good deal of money. Old style service & help. Excellent !

Ordered a Life Fitness Integrity Series cross trainer demo model with SL console. Serviplex 92  replaced the console for new prior to shipping, as they wanted to ensure the machine was in perfect condition.
